Southside Racing (“SSR”) has adopted this Privacy Policy to ensure that it handles private information about individuals responsibly. This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time. It is important to SSR that individuals dealing with it are confident that SSR respects their personal information and does not interfere with their privacy when handling this information. SSR abides by the National Privacy Principles (“NPPs”) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Personal Information
SSR holds and uses personal information about its customers and persons licensed by it under the rules of racing and other relevant rules. The information collected by the Club will vary depending on the circumstances of collection. It may include, but is not limited to, a person's name, address, email, telephone number, date of birth, gender, occupation, Country of citizenship or residence, Australian Business Number, credit and debit card details and tax file numbers. This information is needed to maintain SSR's records in a format that identifies the person. These records are held by SSR for the purposes of enabling SSR to provide services to its customers.
The Club may take (or may arrange another person to take) photographs and electronic images of you whilst at any Club venue (which include racecourses and clubs). By attending a Club venue, you acknowledge and agree that such photographs and other images are owned by the Club and the Club may use them for promotional or other purposes without your further consent being necessary.

Access to Personal Information
A person can access his or her own personal information by contacting SSR's Privacy Officer. A fee may apply. If the information held by SSR is inaccurate, incomplete or not up to date a person may request SSR to correct the information.

Resolution of Privacy Concerns
